Improving the welfare of underprivileged children in the Dominican Republic, including Haitian refugees, by providing:

• education
• school uniforms and learning materials
• food

The goal will be achieved by:

• supporting small-scale projects
• proper supervision of the activities
• short lines of communication
• proper control of the funds
• proper monitoring of the children’s progress
• minimising costs
